- Photos of the car that you upload

Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed in order to forward your valuation request to connected car dealers and to be able to contact you about the request. The legal basis is performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
Sharing your details with car dealers
We share the necessary information with connected car dealers so that they can submit bids. We never share data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
When you request a valuation via minbilvardering.se, we share the details you provide – registration number, details about the car, photos, name, phone number and email address – with selected car dealers connected to our service. The purpose is to let the dealer contact you and make a bid on your car.
The legal basis for the processing is performance of a contract (passing your car on to interested dealers) and our legitimate interest in operating the brokerage service. The dealer may only use the details to contact you about your particular car and may not use them for other marketing or pass them on. Each dealer is an independent data controller for its own processing once the details have been handed over.
We keep your details for up to 24 months after your request, or less if you ask for erasure. You have the right at any time to find out which dealers have received your details, to request rectification or erasure, to object to the processing and to opt out of further contact – reply STOPP to our text message or email [email protected]. Retention period
Data linked to a valuation request is stored for up to 24 months, or the shorter period required to fulfil the purpose. We keep your contact details for up to 24 months. You can request deletion at any time.
